"In India, we are taught to prepare for a job from an early age, but I always had the mentality of being an entrepreneur. It’s just not about being your own boss but also serving the people and giving society back.Belonging to a middle-class family I always knew about the challenges one faces, be it extra-workload, financial problems, unemployment or unsatisfied jobs. Given these factors, the business became an attraction for me. Besides everything, I can set my limits of earning, I have a dream of standing out in a crowd and changing my life. I started gathering knowledge about different career fields. It was while searching for US admissions, I came across the term entrepreneur.I am a Social Entrepreneur at just 15, and managing an organization with around 25 people. Whatever I achieved till now, I don’t call it a success but I consider them as a milestone. And I have a long way to go. In 2021 mid-April, I started my venture as a Solopreneur but soon gathered a working team of 5 people. This boosted my confidence further. The biggest challenge for my time management. Besides being a ninth-grader, you also have to focus on your academics. I woke up as early as 4:30 in the morning, followed by a bit of exercise or walking a mile while listening to some podcasts and beginning my day. Following such a routine was indeed difficult, but eventually, it became a habit. People have heard this frequently but few implement it. All I would say is if you don't sacrifice for your dreams, your dreams themselves become a sacrifice.”
