"Ever since I was a child, I was deeply engaged in the arts industry. I trained to be a classical dancer and realised that a lot of artists around me faced issues mainly to sustain themselves as an artist. This gained a lot of my attention and I was sure that I wanted to start something of my own. A venture that ensures artists of background support and a community that makes them feel safe. I was adamant that I wanted to gain some work experience but ended up utilising my skills that I had learnt while working and studying in Singapore to build something very sacred to me, my company.I started my company in January 2021, when the pandemic had really impacted the arts industry across the world. I started to connect with people and talk about my company. I made efforts to go out of the way and help artists in every way possible. Today, I cannot be more grateful for taking this decision and having the trust of everyone I work for.For sure the biggest challenge for me was when the pandemic had just hit the world in 2020. I didn't see my family for 2 years and in the middle of all this, I made the decision to start my company. But this decision started to impact my mental health, so I decided to take it gradually. I knew I needed to delegate, ask for help and understand that it is okay to make mistakes. We believe the possibilities to create magic through art is endless and that can only happen if you connect with people, discuss possibilities to collaborate and start creating. An opportunity, you can never let go!"
