M Banu started KMB Metal Works back in 2016 in partnership with her husband and son. KMB Metal Works is a metal polishing, plating and power coating service provider. Banu began her journey with 2 female employees under her wing. While her loan application was rejected by many on account of a lack of property documentation, she received a quick and easy loan from Kinara Capital that has helped her firm increase its revenue fivefold in the last 3 years.
