A Geetha started her own factory after working in a rubber factory for one year. Her employers promised her that they would bring her orders if she opened her own firm, and Geetha did so, employing 4 female workers. Suki manufactures rubber products used in automobiles, mills and pump manufacturing. Geetha's factory has 3 machines, of which 1 was bought with a loan taken from Kinara Capital. Geetha cleared that loan in under 2 years, and applied for another one for expanding her firm.
