Cyber Center

Ismail lives in Yadgir in a family of 7 that includes his parents and siblings. He was running a cyber shop but found it challenging to get customers in the village. During an entrepreneurship training program that he joined, he could pinpoint some gaps in his business. One was that he needed to offer more village-specific services to attract customers. He realised that he could create more awareness about government schemes and help people apply for them. Many village residents were unaware of schemes that they were eligible for, so this service would bridge a gap and benefit all in the long run. He’s already seeing an increased response to this service. In the future, he wants to set up and run a computer training centre in addition to the cyber centre.
