The enterprise trains and employs local rural women for creating a range of handicraft products, and markets these products through online and offline channels in India and abroad.
Currently, their products are delivered to marketplaces like FabIndia and Banaras Beads, and have been selected under ODOP (One District One Product) scheme by the Uttar Pradesh Government. Working with a collective of almost 50 trained women across different villages of Deoria, the enterprise is providing them a sustained source of livelihood.
