B. Naveen Kumar is from Madaksira village in Anathapur district, Andhra Pradesh. Before his training at Head Held High, Naveen was working as a painter, farmer and electrician and earning Rs 200 per day as daily wages.

During his 6 month training, he acquired skills in English and Computers. He got a job in his village as a BPO executive and worked on Genpact projects where he earned Rs 7500/- per month. He thought of starting his own computer education center at his village to educate his people in digital literacy. This was a dream come true and now he has been earning Rs 20,000 per month since the last 2 years.
