At GAME, Archita is responsible for seamlessly aligning all programs of the organization for social impact, through various marketing and communication activities. Seeking ways to transform herself from an aspirational change maker to an inspirational change maker, Archita is audacious, stubborn and optimistic about making the world a better place.
Having worked as a marketing professional in diverse industries including telecom and luxury food retail, she considers her skills to be transferrable and suitable for generating social change.
She has a Masters in Social Entrepreneurship from the Marshall School of Business at USC. A believer in the empowerment of women, she established Aparajita, a project that organized workshops on self-belief and self-defence for underprivileged girls.
She believes that her personality has two facets, a business and social mindset, and concentrates her efforts on blending them to create shared value.
